Our Story

Focused.Charity was founded by Eric Silver, a PhD student at Carnegie Mellon University studying effective decision-making. In studying how people make decisions, Eric recognized the need for a more intelligent and effective approach to charitable giving, and founded Focused.Charity to help donors make a real difference in the world.
